Withdrawal

You can withdraw your order within 2 weeks from the day you submitted your order. It will be refunded as soon as we have received the product.

Special information for packaged products:

The claim expires if the package was sealed and the box is either unsealed or the seal is damaged.

Special Information to downloadable products:

Downloadable products are not covered by this right to withdrawal. You can test our software before you order it  with the free test version(s), see the Download Area for details.
